I bought the Homdox High Pressure Washer (green) last fall. I didn’t open the box to assemble it until now. I got all of the way to the end (very poor instructions manual, in my opinion) and there is a cap that says “Blast Hose” over the connection for the garden hose. I can’t get it off – can you tell me how to remove it so I can put my garden hose on. There is no mention of it in the instructor manual? Thank you, Vicki

Thanks for your query. You are right, the user manual of homdox isn’t appreciable. Anyway, let’s get back to your problem. The “cap” is to protect the power washer from entering any unwanted dirt/particle/object into its pump. To remove the cap, first of all, take a look to ensure whether it is a thread type or pull/push type cap. If it is thread type, use a spanner/wrench to unscrew it. If it is a pull/push type cap, pull gently to remove it so that the cap remains intact. Keep the cap in safe custody since you will need it once you finish using the garden hose and at the time of storage/transportation of your power washer.
I just put my washer together out of the box, everything connected, water comes through great except the motor won’t work, it starts up but shuts off real quick and have to wait 10 minutes or so then it will come on again but does the same thing. It has like a gif near the plug and when use that it tries to start up then stops, what is going on? Thanks,need help.

We are sorry that you are facing trouble. You didn’t mention the brand and model of your power washer. Anyway, so far it seems that the plug isn’t connected perfectly. Check the engine exhaust cover and make sure that the exhaust gets the scope to get out of the chamber without hassle. Disconnect all the connections/hoses. Now, connect them once again maintaining the sequence. If required, take help from the user manual.
Leaks at connection of wand/extension and gun handle. We have to tap the reset a few times before it starts.
what is the needle used for? nothing in instructions says.

We need the power on-off switch for a Homdox pressure washer hd-amd005226 . The switch is damaged and it’s direct {can’t power it off}. I can’t find the part number any ware .
